This policy covers arcoute.com, the corporate website of Arcoute Software Publishing. Our products each have their own privacy policy, linked below.
This website collects no personal information. There are no accounts, no forms, no analytics, no advertising, and no cookies set by us. Nothing you do on this page is recorded by us or associated with you.
What this site loads
This site makes no third-party requests at all. Every asset it uses — pages, fonts, images — is served from arcoute.com itself. Fonts are self-hosted files under /brand/fonts/; no font service, CDN, or analytics provider is contacted when you view this site.
Our web host records standard server access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested path, user-agent) as part of operating the server. These are retained by the host for a limited period and are not used by us for profiling or marketing.
Our products
The products linked from this site are separate services with their own accounts, data, and privacy policies:
- Ledgerline privacy policy — accounting records, books, and audit data.
- ChequeFlow PH privacy policy — cheque records and print data.
If you use either product, that product's policy governs your data there. This page does not.
Arcoute Rentals
Arcoute Rentals, the student-rental marketplace formerly operated at this domain, was retired in July 2026. Its service has been shut down and its database has been decommissioned. If you held an account and have a question about it, contact us at the address below.
